How to apply
- Complete One-Time Registration (OTR) on the National Scholarship Portal first (PIB, 31 Oct 2026).
- Submit the NMMSS application (fresh or renewal) by 15 Nov 2026.
- After submitting, ask the school to finish L1 verification by 30 Nov; district (L2) verification is due by 15 Dec (PIB, 31 Oct 2026). An unverified application can miss out, so follow up with the school.
